Running a small business or working in the trades often means doing five people’s jobs with one pair of hands and a head full of ‘Don’t forget to…’ reminders. You’re quoting, invoicing, ordering bits, chasing payments, replying to emails and trying to remember when you last had a proper lunch. It’s a lot.
