How I Work

When you book support with me, I want everything to feel clear and easy, no grey areas, no awkwardness.

Here’s how things run, from booking hours to making payments and getting things done.

Booking Hours

 

You can book virtual assistant support in blocks of time, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. You choose what suits your workload (and your budget), and I’ll let you know if I’ve got space.

Once you’re booked in, those hours are set aside just for you. I won’t double-book or squeeze anyone else in, so that time is protected and yours.

That’s why I ask for payment upfront; it confirms your slot and makes sure my calendar stays fair for everyone.

What’s Included

 

Your booked time can cover most of my virtual assistant support services, including:

 

– Inbox and calendar management

– General admin tasks (like client follow-ups, data entry, or formatting documents)

– Light content work (simple social media captions, short flyers, or updates)

If you’ve booked enough hours and the task fits within your support plan, it’s all part of the package.

 

What’s Charged Separately

 

Some tasks fall outside your regular VA hours and are billed at £50 per hour, with time agreed in advance. These include:

– Blog posts

– Newsletters

– Website content

– Website setup

Why? Because writing and full web setup need a different kind of focus, and it’s only fair to give those jobs the proper time and attention they deserve.

Payment Options

 

To keep things flexible, you can choose to pay:

– Monthly upfront

 

– Fortnightly upfront

 

– Weekly upfront

One-off or project-based work is usually paid in full before we start. For regular clients with bigger bookings, I’m happy to split payments 50/50, just ask.

All invoices are sent by email and payable by bank transfer. I’ll always confirm your hours and price before sending anything over.

What If You Don’t Use All Your Hours?

 

I hold your hours for the month, which means I turn down other work to keep them available. If you don’t use them, they don’t carry over, unless we’ve agreed that ahead of time.
